Sushi topping Recommended by Japanese!

I this article I will give recommendation about SUSHI topping!





1.Lean tuna /マグロ(赤身)

This is the most common Sushi in Japan.



Lean tuna is refreshing and easy to eat so this is recommadation for eveyone!

2.Chum/サーモン
This is also popular in the world.
Of course, I love Chum!

Chum is very creamy and no smell. It is popular in Chaina!

I always eat chum when I go to sushi restaurant.

3.sea ​​urchin/ ウニ


I love ウニ so much! but  depends on your taste if you like or not.

 I didn't like it when I was child, this taste is for adlut.


4.Fatty tuna/大トロ




Fatty tuna is the most expensive part of tuna. Fatty and delicious!!

YOu should try it If you can afford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5.Srimp/海老
Shrimp is very tasty! If you don't like Row fish, you can try boiled shrimp.

It contains glutaacidinosinic acid, and aspartic acid, which are amino acids that make you feel 旨味(tasty).

You can feel more delicious by mixing multiple umami ingredients rather than just one.

7.Octopus/タコ

Some people may have never eaten octopus.
